Carrot Cake

Halooo!
Syawal is over and my parent is going to perform their haji on this 22th, pray for them! :)
skrg ni hati tak tenteram selagi takde kata putus drpd kementerian dan penaja biasiswa sama ada kami dibenarkan sambung study di Mesir lg atau tak, and I really hope I can continue my course kat sana sbb dah nak masuk clinical wehh, rugi kalau tiba2 kena turun satu tahun or start from A again, that is just insane!
the point here is not about berapa lama lg nak belajar sbb kita tahu kan kita mmg akan belajar seumur hidup, even dah jd doktor nanti pn, I've a lot of thing to study, not only from the books but in the real life about how to handle people of different backgrounds.
but to me, I'm really hard to make friends,  I'm not a type of friendly-outgoing-cheerful person, most of the time I need to fake my real character just to get into the surrounding and the people around me, so yeah I don't really like that because it is TOTALLY HARD for me..

some people may look that I'm an easy person to get into but its like a hell inside my mind, muahaha..
thats why I really hope I don't have to adapt to a new environment because of Egypt's situation..
eventhough I know hoping is not a really good choice after calculating the possibilities but heyyo I can't lie what is inside my heart right? :(

thats all, kalau nk ckp pasal Mesir ni sampai bila2 pn tak habis and buat pening kepala je.

its okay, lets have something sweet for our bitter heart! eceh..
actually arfa dah buat carrot cake ni 2 kali and it was really easy! I swear! haha
masa yg diperlukan lebih kurang 1 1/2 jam je (asalkan bahan semua dah ada)

meh arfa tunjuk camne arfa bake,

BAHAN-BAHAN:


1 1/4 cawan minyak 
4 biji telur
250 gram gula (kurangkan kalau tak suka manis sgt sbb carrot pn da manis kan)
100 gram walnut
250 gram tepung gandum
1 sudu kecil baking soda
2 sudu kecil esen vanila
1/4 sudu kecil garam
1/4 sudu kecil serbuk kayu manis
1 1/2 cawan carrot yg diparut

  

Cream Cheese topping :
120 gram gula
250 gram cream cheese
120 gram unsalted butter
-Pukul semua bahan topping dan kacau sampai kembang-



CARA - CARA :
  1. Pukul telur dan gula hingga kembang, masukkan minyak dan esen vanila, kacau rata.
  2. Dalam mangkuk lain, masukkan tepung gandum, baking soda, serbuk kayu manis, dan garam.
  3. Masukkan (2) ke dalam (1) kacau rata.
  4. Masukkan carrot dan walnut
  5. Tuangkan dalam bekas acuan. tak kisah la bulat ke segi ke, janji boleh makan, hihi
  6. Bakar selama 30 minit suhu 180C 
  7. Sapu topping atas kek bila kek dah sejuk, then yeay dah bole makan! :D

nyummyyy!!

alhamdulillah percubaan pertama menjadi cuma yg 1st tu manis sgt sbb letak 300 gram..
 family arfa mmg suka kek so kek ni licin within 3 days!mihihi.. 
kalau kat Mesir takde oven pastu leceh ar sbb kalau masak pn housemates bkn suka manis2, buang masa je bake, hahaha.. sbb tu arfa puaskan nafsu baking bila balik Malaysia je..

2 minggu lepas ada buat tart telur jugak!!hehe
tart ni leceh sikit sbb nk kena tgk selalu takut base dia hanguih, habis hancur ar tart pastu stress sorang2, hahaha.. :P
