6 makanan tolong belasah lemak

haloooo...
harini hari sabtu dan kami tak cuti..

nak diet ni kena bijak dan kenal makanan apa yg sesuai utk bdn kita.
i've made some research on the net, and here 6 foods known to nutritionists to boost your body's fat-burning potential :

1. Oats


"aik,bkn ke oats ni karbohidrat?''
Yes & No.
oats ni bijirin penuh, dan ada "satiety index" yg tinggi atau dlm erti kata lain bila mkn,kita akan cpt kenyang!
well oats kn rasa plain dan tak sedap sbb tu baru mkn 5 sudu dah kenyang,haha..
lagi satu, oats ni lambat hadam so rasa kenyang sampai tghari..insyaAllah!
oats jgk ada lebih kurang 3-4gram fiber setiap hidangan.



2. Telur
research menunjukkan mereka yg mkn telur utk breakfast bersama toast or cereal,
akan turun berat badan dua kali ganda berbanding yg mkn roti canai, 
hahaha part roti canai tu aku gebang je..
so hari ni sandwich telur, esok 1/2 boiled egg, lusa pandai2lah..



3. Skim Milk
aku tak tau knp bila aku search kt google, keluar gambar nate ni,
susu kucing kah?hakhakhak

kurang lemak & tinggi calcium!
hasilnya tinggi dan kuat!
wahh sy dah besar! - calciyumm



4. Apples
mkn sebiji epal 30minit-sejam sebelum mkn besaq akan kurangkan jumlah kalori yg kita ambil.
why? sbb dlm epal ada pectin yg akan combine to water and limits amount of fat yg akan masuk dlm bdn kita. so takde menternak lemak dgn jayanya. class gitu epal.. i like!



5. Kayu Manis


mkn 1/4 - 2 sudu kecil kayu manis sehari boleh kurangkan kandungan gula dlm darah &kolesterol 10-25%.



6. Almond

pasni kunyah almond sambil tgk runningman, greattt!haha..

kat sini almond rm50 sekilo..muflis aku beli almond..
tp ni mmg terbukti sbb dulu aku try 2weeks diet bila lapar je mkn almond and i lost 2kg.
almond dgn buah je, klu sanggup sila try..



ok, guide da ada so try jela kn..

majulah sukan utk kurus!
