lovee playing with colours, matching the blue colour shawl with the red outfit, I guess it doesn't look weird, kalau weird pn peduli apa, haha :P

since ramai yg tanya arfa one to one about how I lost almost 6kg in a year or to be exact 3 bulan je but still I eat like a monster (haha), 
arfa cerita la sikit camne arfa diet dulu, mula2 arfa try minuman protein Alpha Lipid yg sgt mahal tu for 2 weeks camtu tp tekak ni nak muntah je setiap kali minum benda alah tu, sumpah tak sedap! T.T
so arfa stop minum protein and started to strict about my food intake for another 2 weeks, 
semua yg kenal arfa tau arfa mmg hantu coklat so mmg terseksa lah 2 minggu tu cuma mkn jgk lah mcm satu bar snickers dlm seminggu sbb arfa selalu tak dpt makan ikut waktu,
dalam 2 minggu tu arfa tak makan nasi and roti langsung!
fridge mmg sentiasa penuh dgn buah.. nasib baik arfa mmg gila buah!hehe
pagi arfa mkn sebiji/2 biji telur rebus, kalau tak arfa rembat jela buah epal/oren..
tghari kalau sempat arfa mkn hotdog rebus yg kecik2 mcm 3 ketul and kunyah almond byk2 sampai lenguh!haha
mlm arfa mkn lg hotdog / telur rebus or kadang2 tu rebus je ayam buat sup klu rajin, paham2 la kan bila da penat balik dari class..

so basically arfa mkn benda tu jela for 2 weeks, weekend kadang2 termakan lah jgk benda tak sepatut,hihi
tapiiii nak turun badan bkn through diet je, senaman tahuu!
arfa daftar gym, and almost everyday arfa pergi gym for an hour and half..
nak turun berat badan bkn senang, need sacrifices, kawan offer benda sedap yg berlemak je, jgn fikir 2 kali terus ckp tak nak.. after 2 minggu tu, arfa start to eat bread 2 slices a day sbb arfa rasa mcm lemah sbb takde karbohidrat dlm diet, but still gym is still go on..
lepas 3 bulan tu frust sikit la sbb turun mcm 3kg cmtu je, dah la mcm nak mati senaman nih, pastu masa winter break arfa duk rmh sorang and mkn mmg tak jaga langsung! maksud arfa takde selera nk mkn, masa tu tak timbang berat sbb gym pn da stop, then lepas balik dari turki, senior ckp arfa da kurus sikit, hihi happy gila sbb susah nk dgr org ckp arfa da kurus.. :(

so pastu tak diet dah, mkn mcm org gila, masuk bulan puasa, kat mesir takde bazaar ramadhan so mmg mkn ap yg ade jela tambah2 time exam.. paling sedih bila sahur 2 keping biskut dgn air masak je sbb mmg takde masa nk masak and tersangat malas pn ye jgk, haha.. then balik malaysia timbang berat tahu2 berat masa spm dulu, hahaha rasa nak lempang penimbang tu sbb rasa ditipu..
then balik kampung masa nk raya tu, ada lah 3-4 org sedara ckp kita da kuruss, bhahaha..
ok da percaya lah, takkan makcik nk tipu kan (tiba2 nak percaya) :P
alhamdulillah skrg ni lepas nk 3 bulan kat malaysia ni, naik lah mcm 2kg sbb kerja mkn tido je but atleast sihat takde penyakit, right? :)
btw, cerita arfa diet ni tak sihat sebenarnya tp just nk cerita kat org yg selalu tanya arfa how I lose weight..

ni arfa ada page fb yg kawan arfa urus, he is a bodybuilder and trainer utk org yg nk turunkan berat or ketul2kan badan, haha

no lah, seriously kwn arfa ni classmate masa form 2 and bdn keding gila, tau2 skrg ketui2, ya Allah, kena jaga pandangan ye wahai hawa sekalian, muahaha..
ada apa2 soalan bole direct pm page tu, ada 3 admin yg akan layan korang.. ok? ;)
better tanya je, jgn segan sbb mana tau it is a start to your new healthy lifestyle :)
